Liability Waiver
Students are required to sign the inBalance LLC Liability Waiver prior to the first session.
A digital version will be emailed to you with a request to sign the form online through your Gmail account. If you do not have access to a Gmail account, you may print and sign the waiver on your own, or we will bring a paper copy for you to sign beforehand for in-person sessions.
