What do I need to bring to a session?
A yoga mat and a bottle of water is all you will need for most sessions! If we are practicing outside, you may want to bring a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses as desired.
inBalance will communicate ahead of time if any other props may be incorporated into a session. You may have the opportunity to borrow additional resources depending on availability.
What should I wear?
Clothing you are comfortable to stretch and move around in. Yoga pants, leggings, sweatpants, or shorts, along with any comfortable top will work great. If we are practicing outside, dress in layers as applicable.
What does an average individual or group session look like?
Whether online on in-person, inBalance works with you to establish what areas of your practice you are looking to strengthen or focus on, and will craft sessions to meet you where you are.
Common sessions may include 5-10 minutes of intention setting and breathwork, 25-45 minutes of yoga flows and longer-held postures and/or strength work, and 5-15 minutes of cooldown stretching and/or meditation to close out the practice.
